SummerCMS 0.4.3

A second round of fixes for the 0.4 console, plus one admin addition for relation fields.

Highlights

• Spinners, progress bars and process views end cleanly when their command is cancelled, and nothing printed afterwards is lost.
• Secret flag values stay masked in every error the console prints.
• migrate:status now shows the same migration sets that migrate applies.

Added

• cabana: ClearOnChange on a relation field clears dependent columns when the relation changes a foreign key. For example, a member's role is cleared when they move to another organisation.

Fixed

• bonfire: a live view ends when its context is cancelled. Lines printed after that go straight to the console instead of being dropped.
• bonfire: a live view claims its slot before it builds its program, so a refused view no longer leaks a context.
• bonfire: secret flag values that start with a dash (--password -x9…) are masked too.
• bonfire: Process's plain item lines and a view's label strip terminal control characters.
• summer: when a delegated command fails, including when the app binary is killed by a signal, its error masks password, secret, token and key flag values.
• lagoon: migrate:status (and its --json output) lists the framework's migration sets next to the plugins' sets. lagoon.Status is unchanged.
• lagoon: migrate warns instead of reporting a failure when re-reading the status after a successful run fails.
