Highlights
Account mails (activation, password reset, reactivation, invitations) now follow the visitor's browser language. A site where every visitor got Polish mail can switch the fallback to English with one setting.
Added
golem15.user.mail.fallback_locale(ploren, defaultpl) sets the mail language when neither the user's saved locale nor the request names a supported one. Override it withSUMMER_GOLEM15__USER__MAIL__FALLBACK_LOCALE. Any other value stops the application at boot with an error naming the key.

- The Polish activation, reactivation and password-reset mails have Polish subjects ("Aktywuj konto", "Witaj ponownie", "Ustaw nowe hasło").

- The mail language is read from
Accept-Language-style values: comma lists, q-weights and region subtags such asen-GB, for both the request and the user's saved locale. Previously only an exactenpicked the English templates, so an English browser got Polish mail.
Existing Polish applications behave as before, apart from the new subjects. Requires SummerCMS v0.5.2.
