• This release branches from v0.1.14, so it does not include the missing_scope and missing_permission fields from v0.1.15.
• go.mod requires SummerCMS v0.5.0, but the catalog and Implies seams need SummerCMS v0.5.2; build against that.

Superseded by v0.1.17, which also has the v0.1.15 changes.
